We are looking for both experienced buyers and those who may be at the beginning of their careers but have a strong interest in cars and a drive to do business.

In this central role, you will help define the company's future by ensuring that we make the absolute best possible car purchases. In addition, you will also be responsible for leading and developing the company's new initiative in corporate brokerage (Bilsmidigt Plus).

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the entire purchasing process, from identifying suppliers and objects to signing contracts.
• Collaborate with the logistics department on the efficient handling of purchased objects
• Develop and implement strategies for effective purchasing
• Handle inquiries and negotiations with suppliers
• Analyze the market to identify trends and purchasing opportunities
• Analyze performance and quality of purchased objects
• Manage the entire process for outgoing purchasing advertising to companies and individuals
• Acquire new and maintain existing corporate clients for corporate brokerage
• Evaluate trade-in cars together with other buyers

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with cars, car purchases, or related fields
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking
• Good ability to build and maintain relationships
• Structured and meticulous with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Takes full ownership of their tasks
• Experience working with purchasing tools and in new IT environments
• A team player who enjoys working towards set goals in a group
• Has an interest in cars

As a person, you are driven and self-sufficient, with a strong passion for building relationships and creating good business. As a buyer & brokerage manager, you will be part of the purchasing team consisting of two other buyers. You will be based at our office in Upplands Väsby.
